Hours of Operation

  • We make every every effort to take calls and meet with you at your convenience, but prefer to keep consultations between the hours of 11 am and 8pm. 

  • Personalized Design Sessions are held by appointment only at my Studio in Cypress or by scheduled phone/ Zoom video conference.

When are Pickup Days?

  • All orders are SCHEDULED for the Wednesday prior to your Homecoming/ Event. 

  • If you require an earlier pickup day, that will need to be arranged in advance on your Design Session day.

When Should I order?

 

  • Mums are made in homecoming date order. It is better to order earlier, rather than later.

  • Order at least 10 days before your homecoming date to avoid a Late Order Fee. Senior large mums must be ordered 14+ days in advance.

  • Be advised: I have been fully booked for the last 2 years 4-6 weeks prior to most homecoming weeks. ORDER EARLY!

  • Special requests such as a stuffed animal or colors that I do not normally stock must be made fourteen days before the date that you need it. This is to allow time to locate and order your item.

  • Orders for Overalls are taken from May 1st to July 1st. Orders must be paid in full at appointment and overalls dropped off at the Studio before July 1st.

Pick Up and Shipping

      

Where do I pick up? Can my order be delivered?

  • Pickup is at my studio in Cypress, TX. The address will be noted on your confirmation email.

  • Delivery is available for an additional fee. Availability is limited.

When do I pick up?

  • Mums will be ready for pickup from  3 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday before your homecoming. 

  • If you need your order on a different day, please let me know before you order, so that I can make arrangements. The late order charge will apply if your desired pickup day falls within 7 days of ordering.

       

Do you ship your mums and garters?

  • Shipping is not available at this time. If this policy changes, the website will be updated with shipping conditions and expectations.

  • Shipping is available for DIY Overall Kits only.

What happens if it does not arrive, arrives late or damaged?

  • Once the package leaves our possession, it is beyond our control. We package each item with care and extreme consideration of its journey to you. If your item is not delivered on time, damaged or missing, you may start a claim with the carrier

When Do I pay?

 

  • Payment in full for your mum, etc is required at the time you place your order. Pay securely with your debit or credit card via Square or online. You will receive a pickup time appointment when your payment has been processed. This can take up to 24 hours after payment.

  • A deposit is required to book an appointment for all Design Sessions. The deposit will be applied to your final total. Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiture of Deposit. 

  • All orders that remain unpaid for 3 days after Design Session are subject to cancellation. Deposits will be forfeited for non-payment.

  • Cash payment is available, in person at my studio in Cypress, by appointment ONLY. Your order will be placed in the queue once it is paid for.

  • I no longer accept checks or money orders of any type.

What if they cancel homecoming? Or if they break up and other unforeseen circumstances?

 

  • If homecoming is canceled by the school, please contact me immediately.  

  • Simple changes, such as names, are free as long as they are prior to 48 hours of your pickup date.

  • Major changes, such as color or size, can be made if they are outside of the 14+ days before your homecoming. Differences in price will need to be settled for the change to take effect.

  • Major changes such as color or size within the 10 day time frame will incur the Late Order Fee, plus any differences between sizes/style, i.e. changing from a single to a double.

  • If a full cancellation becomes necessary, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case by case basis.

  • I do not accept cancellations within 48 hours of pickup. More than likely, your custom order is finished and I have already put hours of work into the mum and will not be able to resell a custom mum.
